I tried meditating today after a long hiatus. I had a very hard time getting in but I managed to get a good 20 minutes in. It felt good to clear things up, but I have a lot to work on. I need to strive towards a better diet in the realm of Veganism, and work on my positivity issues.
I think I am going to move toward a semi-raw Vegan diet and stop support all non-vegan restaurants.
Meditation really works if you can stick with it. I tend to have a hard time keeping a daily routine but when I do I am a much calmer person.

I try and do sitting meditation two times a week and walking meditation 2 times a week. I prefer walking meditation more, however.
ReplyDeleteOne day I might try a walking meditation journey across the United States.
